Description
Nokia and Vivendi Universal Games announced Crash Nitro Kart for the N-Gage game deck. The new game will transport users to the Crash Bandicoot world where multiple players can go head to head using Bluetooth wireless technology on the N-Gage platform. Crash Nitro Kart will deliver content and over the air features through N-Gage Arena.
Crash Nitro Kart promises to be a fast paced kart racing game utilizing the 3D technology available on the N-Gage game deck. Mobile gamers will also be able to select from new playable characters, new 3D levels and choose battle-mode or race-mode and unlock new levels and racers, with support for up to four simultaneous players via Bluetooth wireless technology. Crash Nitro Kart is expected to be available in the second quarter of 2004.
The Crash Bandicoot franchise has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide, making it one of the top character-based franchises in videogame history.
